Apply for the Innovative Project Award (for Students)
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a Jordanian national
- The applicant must be a student at a Jordanian higher education institution or research center.
- The project must be in the technological maturity stage.
- The idea must fall within the fields of agriculture and food security.
Award Value
A cash prize of 10,000 JOD awarded to winning student or team.
Evaluation Criteria
- Originality and Innovation
The distinctiveness of the idea compared to traditional solutions, and the creativity shown in its concept and execution.
- Practical Application
The feasibility of transforming the idea into an actionable, implementable product or service.
- Social and Economic Impact
The extent to which the project contributes to society or the economy, supported by measurable indicators.
- Scalability and Sustainability
The potential for the innovation to grow, evolve, and remain sustainable over the long term.
- Presentation Clarity
The clarity and effectiveness of how the idea is presented to the evaluation committee.
- Partner Attractiveness
The ability of the project to attract strategic partners and supporting entities.
- Originality and Innovation
The distinctiveness of the idea compared to traditional solutions, and the creativity shown in its concept and execution.
